How the work is divided
Association or owner: they are not the same
If you are a homeowners' association
In a building with many owners, they all form an association that works almost like a company and decides on everything shared: the roof, the lift, the garden, the car park. AFAL manages it: budgets, fees, accounting, meetings, minutes and incidents.
If the lift breaks down, we get the call.
If you own a home
You have a home you do not live in and you want to let it without doing the work. Depending on how much management you want to leave in our hands, we help you with Atria, Administración Vertical, Rentu Rooms or holiday lets.
If the sink in your flat breaks, that is the owner's concern, unless you have asked us to manage it.
AFAL Comunidades administers associations; it does not let out individual homes.
